Refunds & Returns


Sometimes we receive an item but end up wanting to return it. It happens, and it's ok!

Below you'll find Get Kawaii's policies for both refunds and returns.

Returns


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way and would like to return it or get a refund, please contact me using the Contact Form and let me know!

Please contact me before returning the item, and in your message include your order ID number + when/how you will be sending the item.

Items can be returned up to 20 days after you have received them and must be sent back to me in their original packaging in unopened condition.

Please also include a memo with your order ID to help the return process go smoothly.

If the item you received was faulty due to a manufacturing defect, I will be happy to send you a replacement (in the form of the same item or a similar one of the same price).

Note: If items returned arrive to me damaged or are lost in the mail, I cannot provide a refund, so I highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

The cost of the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Ichiban Kuji prizes and items bought on sale / at a discounted price are not eligible for returns.

Refunds


Once I receive the item, I will let you know that it has arrived. After I inspect it, I will contact you again on the status of your refund.

If there are no problems, the refund can be given as either cash back or a store credit.

As the amount of time it takes for the refund will depend on your method of payment, please allow 1-2 weeks for the full refund process.

The amount refunded will be that of the original order price minus the cost of shipping.
