Q. Where are you located?
A. I live in and ship from Tokyo, Japan.
Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. No, services are only provided through this online shop.
Q. The product I want to buy is out of stock. Do you plan on restocking it?
A. It all depends on the item. Please contact me for details about specific item restocks.
Q. I have a request for an item not on your shop. Could you add it?
A. If you an item request, please tell me! If there's enough demand, I'd be happy to look into stocking it.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. I ship internationally to every country worldwide that allows packages to be delivered!
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. SAL, Airmail, and EMS. Please see the details over at the Shipping page.
Q. I got a notification that my order was shipped. How do I check its progress?
A. You can check on your package at the Japan Post website or your country's postal service website via the tracking code provided in your order shipped confirmation email. You can also check the tracking code from your Order History page.
Q. My order was shipped but the tracking information hasn't been updated in a while. Where is my package?
A. After I send out your package, further updates on its status will all be handled by the post offices that process it. If you have a specific question about where your package is, please check its tracking information and contact the last place it was processed through or your local post office for more details.
