Q. Where are you located?

A. I live in and ship from Tokyo, Japan.

Q. Does Get Kawaii have a physical store?

A. No, services are only provided through this online shop.

Products

Q. The product I want to buy is out of stock. Do you plan on restocking it?

A. It all depends on the item. Please sign up for a restock email alert from the product page or contact me for details about specific item restocks.

Q. I have a request for an item not on your shop. Could you add it?

A. If you an item request, please tell me! If there's enough demand, I'd be happy to look into stocking it.

Payment

Q. What are the payment options?

A. All payments are processed through Paypal in Japanese yen.

Q. How can I check the amounts in my local currency?

A. Please use the currency convertor shown at the top left of the screen for recent conversion rates. You can also use the currency convertor on a website like xe.com to check the latest rates. Please change the currency back to Japanese yen to check out, as the convertor is just for reference.

Q. Do I need to have Japanese yen in my Paypal account to pay?

A. No, Paypal will automatically convert your funds to Japanese yen during check out.

Shipping

Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. Shipping is available worldwide. However, shipping options vary by country.

Q. What are your shipping options?

A. SAL, Airmail, and EMS through Japan Post + Yamato express shipping. Please see more details over at the Shipping page.

Q. I placed an order XXX days ago and the status is still "Payment accepted." When will my order ship?

A. If your items are in stock, they'll typically be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays). If any items in your order are preorders, your order will be shipped after the items are released. Please check the product page for the planned release/shipping dates.

Q. I got a notification that my order was shipped. How do I check its progress?

A. You can check on your package at the Japan Post website, Yamato website, or your country's postal service website via the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also check the tracking code from your Order History page if you have a Get Kawaii account.

Q. My order was shipped but the tracking information hasn't been updated in a while. Where is my package?

A. The speed of tracking updates depends on your shipping option.
Sea/freight mail takes 2-3 months after leaving Japanese customs for the information to be updated.
