Sometimes we receive an item but end up wanting to return it. It happens, and it's ok!

Below you'll find Get Kawaii's policies for both refunds and returns.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way and would like to return it or get a refund, please contact me using the Contact Form and let me know!

|| Returns

Before Returning Your Item

Please contact me before returning the item, and in your message include your order ID number + when/how you will be sending the item.

Valid Period for Returns

Items can be returned up to 20 days after you have received them and must be sent back to me in their original packaging in unopened condition.

Damaged/Defective Items

If the item you received was faulty due to a manufacturing defect, I will be happy to send you a replacement (in the form of the same item or a similar one of the same price).

Note: If items returned arrive to me damaged or are lost in the mail, I cannot provide a refund, so I highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Return Shipping

The cost of the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Items that Can't Be Returned

Ichiban Kuji prizes, lucky bags, blind box items, and items bought on sale / at a discounted price are not eligible for returns.

Packages Returned to Sender

Packages that have been returned to me by a postal service because of not being claimed by the recipient or having incomplete/incorrect shipping details (including the address, phone number, and tax ID number) do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Once I receive the item, I will inspect it and contact you on the status of your refund.

If there are no problems, the refund can be given as either a Paypal refund or a store credit.

As the amount of time it takes for the refund will depend on your method of payment, please allow 1-2 weeks for the full refund process.

The amount refunded will be that of the original order price minus the cost of shipping.

|| Order Cancellations

Cancellation Time Window

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me within 3 days of placing your order.

Restrictions

For in-stock items: Orders can only be canceled if I have not yet purchased the related items.
For preorders: Orders cannot be canceled after the order deadline has passed.

Multiple Cancellations

If a customer regularly tries to cancel their orders for personal reasons or due to negligence, their account may be suspended.
